Doodle Doo Coffee Co. is a cold brew coffee brand built around strong personality, high energy, and a bold, no-nonsense identity. Their tagline says it best: “Sip into something that isn’t boring.”
As they put it, “This wasn’t made in a boardroom. It was made by people who wanted a canned coffee they’d actually drink every day.”
I worked closely with Doodle Doo Coffee Co. to build their visual assets from the ground up. The goal wasn’t just to design a few labels. It was to create a cohesive brand system that could scale across cans, product variations, and every touchpoint where the brand shows up.
The focus throughout was consistency, clarity, and building a brand that feels just as strong in the field as it does on the shelf.
The Challenge
The ultimate goal was making sure the brand didn’t lose itself as it scaled. It needed to feel just as strong on a shelf as it did at a pop-up or on a website. That meant thinking beyond individual designs and focusing on how everything worked together. The label structure, the use of color, the hierarchy of information, and the core brand elements all had to be intentional and repeatable.
The Result
The final result is a system that feels bold without being chaotic, flexible without losing consistency, and recognizable at a glance. Whether it’s a single can or a full event setup, the brand holds together in a way that feels natural, not forced. That kind of consistency is what turns a product into something people remember.
